Happy Friday!
School was cool. Learned more stuff and zinged through a math test. My math teacher is suggesting I jump a chapter and hit up Geometry. Grr... I had to take Geometry as a summer class during my Freshman - Sophomore summer break... GOD did THAT make me upset. Thanks to my math teacher at my old high school, he thought he could take me under his wing and let me skip a subject to begin in another. I thought, "Okay. Well, this guy is a certified math teacher, why not?" Turns out I SUCKED in the subject he said I'd do FINE in which placed me in Geometry at a community college DURING summer break... What a way to relax, eh?
At least I'll be able to take the time and pace in order to learn and soak up this Geometry stuff. Let's see how I'll do next week, huh? Kind of excited to get a challenge :)
Today, at home, I played on IMVU and watched The Carol Burnett show with the folks. Gosh, that show is HILARIOUS!!!! Pure humor and entertainment for everybody. I got to see Roddey McDowal as a HUMAN BEING (he was handsome!) as well with the famous Jackson 5. It was so lovely to see MJ young!! I've never truly seen him in action when he was a young kid. He had the moves of a straight up EXPERT. I was impressed!
You know... MJ was actually my FIRST idol and the real reason why I wanted to become famous. I wanted to meet him! I grew up listening to his music. My parents would play Madonna, Prince, Earth Wind & Fire, and especially Michael Jackson. We never played Rock (unless it was a soft, old school Rock), we never played Country (because my mom doesn't like it very much); we played SOUL music. And I think that's what has been a part of my upbringing in being such a mighty fine person (personality wise and physical wise ;D).
I cried SOOOO HAAARD when I heard of Michael's passing... I watched it on the news and I watched the funeral too... That was a tough time... I couldn't believe my eyes! The King of Pop had died... And the only way I can meet him now is through prayer. I will forever love MJ. He'll always be my number one idol. I love Johnny and all, but... Michael Jackson will always be at the top of the list. Always and forever.
Speaking of Johnny Depp, that fool is 49!! He turned 49 this year!! Where in the HELL is the time going?! My mind set is with him being 45-47!! Jeez!! Time!!! Quit making my actors and actresses old! I'd like to meet them before they get all gray-haired and wrinkly!!
God...
Johnny could be my dad...
Wouldn't that be a hoot? Haha :)
Anyway... Nothin' new at the zoo. Just... converting oxygen into carbon dioxide... That's about it that makes my life exciting.
36 more days, guys. 36 more days. Feels like an eternity.
