Day 9 of Fifth Leave

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Mason and I are celebrating the last few minutes of 2014 by watching Seattle's fireworks show, eating Hot Cheetos, and playing video games.

2015... HERE WE COME!

Day 8 of Fifth Leave

I have a horrible, pounding headache tonight. My tummy was upset a few moments ago. This'll be a quick post.

Today, Mason, Jakob, and Alex (friends of ours for many years) watched Big Hero 6 before ordering Little Caesars pizzas and playing Halo: The Masterchief Collection. I'm not playing. I don't feel well enough.

Hopefully Alex didn't spread the sickness he's been coughing about. My parents are sick, too... I can't catch a Cold prior to school! I need to be pristine! I also don't want Mason catching an illness.

I should continue resting. I've been tired since seven.

Day 7 of Fifth Leave

Alright...

Alright...

Guess who received her first speeding ticket?

WHOO! I did, bitches!

Don't tell my dad.

Seriously, don't... He hasn't a clue. My mom and I laughed about it. Mason thought the reason was ridiculous. But if my dad heard, I might as well sign my will.

He doesn't read my blog.

Wait until he decides to...

The story begins with Mason and I driving home from Oregon. I sped a smooth eighty-five during the trip. I stayed in the far left lane - the fast lane. As I entered Tacoma, people started slowing, even in the fast lane. I approached a Prius who drove the speed limit. When s/he noticed how close I was, s/he switched lanes, allowing me to pass. I stomped on the gas petal, zooming by other cars.

Suddenly, I heard sirens. I checked my rearview mirror to see a motorcycle cop following me. I immediately knew he was pulling me over. I did so. He calmly asked for my license and registration. I showed him. He gave me a $113 ticket. I drove away, cautious of my speed. It frustrated me... Obeying the law...

After relaxing at home for a few hours, Mason and I ate dinner at Daimonji! Alex and Goldie (the waitress) were excited to meet Mason. Mason enjoyed the food. He ate Chicken Yakisoba and I ate the delicious Hiroshima with a side of California Rolls.

Now, Mason is playing GTA V as I snuggle him!

Day 5 of Fifth Leave

My life with Mason home is splendid. We're visiting his Oregon family. We may leave Monday morning... Or I'll have to buy more underwear since I didn't bring enough...

Mason, his dad, and I are watching X-Man: Days of Future Past. Very interesting so far!! Last night, we watched Guardians of the Galaxy. I... wasn't impressed. I supposed I expected it to either be realistic or a dedicated comedy or a serious flick.

I don't know. Maybe I was too angry with Mason because he insulted one of my favorite movie, Interstellar.

Anyway...! I hope everyone's Christmas was fantastic. I hope my days continue to be fantastic.Toodles!

Day 2 of Fifth Leave

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVE!!

Mason and I spent our Christmas Eve by playing video games, hanging out together, and visiting his mother. We weren't able to see Ashton or Lily, but we're hoping tomorrow will be different.

I'm excited to open presents!!! I think Mason is, too. We'll open presents with my parents until opening presents with Mason's mom, Ashton, and Lily. Then, we'll drive to Grandma and Grandma J.'s house for MORE PRESENTS!!!

Day 1 of Fifth Leave

I will research whether or not it is the fifth Leave. At the moment, I shall talk about OUR day.

That's right! Mason landed last night at 10:40 PM. I drove his mother and I to the airport to bring Mason home. Although we were exhausted, we stayed awake for another two hours!! We're ECSTATIC to see each other!!

Today, Mason and I watched Interstellar before eating at Olive Garden. We hurried home and watched The LEGO Movie. He loved both films!

Tomorrow, Mason is taking out his mom, his sister, and I to lunch. But other than that, we're free to do whatever. I'm simply satisfied with relaxing by Mason's side.

Day 363 of San Diego

HAPPY 12/13/14!!!!

A thousand years from now, that date will appear again.

Maybe in my next life - or the next life after my next life - I'll be able to see the date once more. Possibly in my past life - or the past life before my past life - I've recognized the unique date, but forgot I saw it in an earlier life.

... I sound like a character from Interstellar.

The vast stellar snow globe, an enormous ball of some 330,000 stars called Messier 92, orbits our own Milky Way galaxy much like a toy train circles underneath a Christmas tree. Astronomers study "globular" clusters such as Messier 92 for clues to the formation of stars. (By: ESA/Hubble and NASA)

Day 361 of San Diego

Fall quarter is complete! The last Final I finished yesterday. In triumph, the folks and I celebrated at my favorite sushi bar, Daimonji. Today, I slept until noon. I refreshed the rest I lost when waking at 5:00 AM Wednesday. During the day, I relaxed... I watched YouTube videos, talked to strangers via IMVU, and ate snacks.

Tonight, we're having a windstorm. I'm surprised the electricity is still functioning since a month ago, our electricity didn't hesitate to falter from a semi-strong windstorm. Forecasters say we'll have 60 MPH gusts. I'm glad the parents aren't elsewhere.

To update, Grandma J. and I cooked. Monday, we cooked caramel corn - batches after batches of caramel corn - and gingerbread cookies. Tuesday, we baked sugar cookies - batches after batches of sugar cookies. I brought home three large bags of caramel corn, two bags of sugar cookies, and one bag of gingerbread cookies. Let the feast begin!

Wednesday had saddening news... Mason's dad's cat passed away... Sweet Bubba will be missed. He was a loving friend and a dear family member. <3

Day 355 of San Diego

After eating at Duke's with the parents, we watched Interstellar.

I... I don't know how to feel... That movie is beyond a language which can express its ingenuity; its spectacular feat to explain the unknown.

SPOILER ALERT:

Recall the moment when Matthew McConaughey traveled into the Black Hole. When he discovered a fifth dimension, he could interact with the past as well as the present.

I imagined a theory many months ago about the assumption and our connection to a Black Hole. Has anyone ever peered into a mirror and examined their eyes? Have you noticed our pupil is completely black although it consumes an overwhelming amount of light. A pupil is not solid. A Black Hole is not solid. A pupil captures data for our brains. Does a Black Hole comprise data? If so, for what "database"?

I might have to write a letter to NASA, asking if they understand my theory.

It would be interesting to hear what they have to say.

Day 353 of San Diego

Timmy the tree is lit up and decorated with an abundance of ornaments! I'm a little sad I couldn't include the extra ornaments I chose for him, yet the ones that are placed on him will do.

I'm happy to say I wrapped a few presents today. There are a total of three presents under the tree so far. I'm curious to know how many will be underneath in the next week.

My day was busy, busy, and busy! I had to finish a quiz in Math, I needed to complete a few errands (purchase my mom and dad's Christmas gifts AND buy Indigo crickets), wrap presents, search for lights at McLendon, and beautify Timmy the tree.

... He's a flamboyant tree. That's why he prefers "beautify."

:)

Soon, I'll be preparing for my finals. I'm nervous for my Math final... I don't even want to achieve my ENGL final... I'm through with writing essays!

Yet I must accomplish the duties for the sake of having a lovely Christmas break.

Day 350 of San Diego

Right...

New week... New rules.

I'm not expecting to post everyday. Obviously, Life has other plans. Over the weekend, I had to complete TWO essays which are due tomorrow before midnight. Yet I decided to submit them tonight. I finished my last essay merely twenty minutes ago. I have a hunch the current week will be filled with unexpected homework... although the quarter ends in a week. However, my Math teacher tends to have intentions. I'm hoping the only homework my Math teacher gives are guides to the Final Exam.

I'm also not expecting to post everyday because sometimes I have little to write.

Or, I'm too lazy.

Or, I simply don't care.

In any case, I'm warning my readers now: Don't expect. Just respect.

HAHA! I should become an activist.

No... No... I won't. Trust me.

Let's recover what you missed, shall we?

The Underground Seattle Tour:

For my first essay, I chose to write about a historical/cultural place instead of constructing an interview. I snapped several pictures. Here are a few to share -

Yes! It snowed the day after Thanksgiving! Here are a couple photos -
