Day 130 of San Diego

I don't know what to tell you people...

I SKIPPED (accidentally) ANOTHER POST... IN THE SAME WEEK!

That's a new record.

Let me start off with yesterday...

YESTERDAY WAS GREAT! The only teacher I have a problem with is my Nutrition teacher... I don't even know if he's certified because half of the time, he's blankly staring at the PowerPoint presentation projected on the screen... He'll also ask us silly questions in which their answers are showing - plain as day - on a slide in front of our faces. Maybe he's new? I'll cut him some slack for now.

The teacher's I really like are my two other teachers; my Sociology of the Body teacher and my English - Fiction Writing teacher. My Fiction Writing teacher is hysterical. Although he's an older gentleman, he knows his humor. I shouldn't think of older people as slow, fragile, senile human beings anymore since my grandpa is the complete opposite and I've been apart of his life for 20 years. HELLO!

My Sociology teacher is a zippy woman. Her professionalism goes well with her quirkiness. When she wants to be professional, she shows it. If she wants to be playful and quirky, she doesn't hesitate.

Each class I'm having fun with so far. Nutrition could be better... I think it's too easy on my level. Sociology is intriguing. And my English class is gradual but interesting.

I must talk to my Nutrition and English teacher about possibly heading down to San Diego in three weeks to hang out with mom, her boss and Mason. Mom has a business presentation somewhere in San D. and she thought it would be really neat if I tagged along. Not only to see Mason, but to be with her. Her boss also misses me. Haha.

My Sociology teacher is fine with me skipping three days. Yet I do need to turn in homework due that week a week early. Which is totally alright with me! All I care about is seeing Mason and hanging out with mom and her boss in CALIFORNIA!!!!!!

P.S.: I've decided to end my (By: such-and-such) after the description of a National Geographic photo. In the description of the photo, the writer has already done so in saying whom the photographer is that snapped the gorgeous picture.

Over the Misty Mountains
"This photo was taken in the Carpathian Mountains near Kolochava village in Ukraine's Zakarpatska region," writes Your Shot member Volodymyr Zinchenko. "It was the middle of October, when after weeks of dry weather, it started raining. There was almost constant rain from the village to the point where this picture was taken—my camera was the only dry thing." Zinchenko says the warm mountains caused the moisture to evaporate. "That and the autumn colors made the picture."
