Day 64 of Florida

My day was crap.

I don't even want to talk about it, but I know you readers would like to learn what happened to a 19 year old woman on her adventures in college... Let me begin:

SUMMER'S NOT GETTING ANY BRIGHTER:

You remember Summer, right? Well, if you don't, please go back and read up on her details. The details help you see how snobbery this 15-year-old-stuck-in-a-30-year-olds-body ticks.

A month ago, this gentle lady (she looks to be in her early 40s) named Candice asked Summer, after class, if she could not blurt out the answers while others were still working. Summer shrugged off the idea - in one ear and out the other - before muttering, "Yea..." and went off doing her own thing.

Today, Candice AGAIN stood up to Summer. During class, Summer kept arguing at the teacher about a certain way she was solving problems. Summer wanted to make SURE her way of solving problems was also acknowledged... However, Summer was disrupting the class and the teacher's teaching. So, being the ballsy woman that she is (who is speaking for every other student in the classroom, including me), Candice turns around, asking Summer, "Could you please not speak over the teacher?" Summer, showing her TRUE identity, replies back, "I was talking to the teacher, not you." Being awesome, Candice responds perfectly: "Well, you can talk about that outside with the teacher later." And that was that. Summer did a snooty growling exhale under her breath as class continued.

Dude, if I was in an enough pissed state, I would have bashed on Summer horrendously... I probably would have started a fight! But who knows... Never got into a fight before. Yet there's still time... >:)

SUNSHINE BLUES:

You know how you're alone in the world and when you walk around during a gorgeous, sunny day, you can't help but notice all the lively people who are having a GRAND time?!

And you know what YOU'RE doing?????

None of what the COOL kids are doing!!!

I had to feel like that today!!! ...

People were dancing, playing football, tossing a frisbee, listening to music, playing guitar, having a study group out on the grass, sunbathing - it was agonizing while I slowly trudged my way to Astronomy...

ANRY ASTRONOMERS:

In my Astronomy class, there are these three specific people whom drive me nuts... There's a guy who acts like a hot shot. I wouldn't doubt if he came from a private, rich high school... Then there's a blonde girl who I BELIEVE has no clue what's happening during the class. And then there's another girl who talks terribly loud, is over-dramatic with everything, and uses the word "like" after every third word...

Two things occurred to two separate people; from the blonde and the blabber mouth.

1) Because the blonde is oblivious to what's being taught in the class, she asks questions that have been answered seconds ago. Nonetheless, this girl who sits in front of me APPARENTLY didn't hear the blonde say her question. So, a second later, once the blonde's inquiry was answered, this other girl asks the SAME... EXACT... QUESTION... After HER question was answered, I heard the blonde scoff, "I just ASKED that question..."

2) In the class, we're not supposed to use technology unless we've gotten permission. We were handed these cheap spectacles that allow you to see the rainbow's colors. We were doing a class experiment on wavelengths - we would look at a light through the eyewear and try to figure out what colors, that were being refracted, were showing. Afterwards, the lights came on. The class was able to keep the eyewear. The loud mouth decided to be curious. She whipped out her phone (or some electronic device) and began looking at the light through the spectacles. The teacher busted her, started going over to where she sat and asked for the loud mouth to give her the device. The girl was confused! In an instant, she defended herself, using her obnoxious vocals to explain how she was using the eyewear to experiment with the light of the device. The teacher played it off cool, letting the loud mouth have her way, but there was a significant tension in the room... I hate significantly tense moments...

The other stupid things that happened aren't special enough to be written in this post. But I assure you, ladies and lads, this day is STILL continuing and even though I was safe at home, crap was STILL being flung into the fan and spread all over...

Tomorrow... you better be a good goddamn day or I will FIND you and KILL you...

Or, you just won't get hugs all week long. There. Threatening enough for you????
